Myers Park and The Free Kindergarten

TheMyers Free Kindergarten, a fine example of English Arts & Crafts architecture (Chilwell & Trevithick Architects - 1916) is part of this central city park. There is a children's playground.

At the beginning of the 20thC this was a slum area. It was then redeveloped into a park with community facilities.
