Please feel free to link to (places.nz) provided that you do not claim to imply any sponsorship or alliance with the site of Wildcard. You may not incorporate any content of the site into any other website with out consulting prior written arrangement from Wildcard.
You may use any material on this site for personal use, in physical copy, or digital form, All material must be credited to PlacesNZ as per the copyright, you may not modify the material from our site and present it as official Wildcard content.

You agree to use the Site in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations, and in accordance with the following:

  1. Your use of the Site does not infringe the rights of any other person or entity or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Site.
  2. The Site, and any information contained on or within the Site, may be accessed via standard web browsers only mobile or desktop.
  3. You may not use the site outside our terms (including, but not limited to, hacking, scraping, harvesting, data mining or any other extraction or data gathering) all these methods are prohibited, except without the prior written consent of Wildcard.

Our site is family friendly and we will be working hard to keep it this way, so please respect this and as such any information or photographs that are sent to the site that are explicit, continue inappropriate language or material then Wildcard reserves the right to not post the material, and could lead to account suspension.

We love it when our community wants to share content on our site, but we want you to know that for any photographs or information you would like to share on the site you will own the copyright. You also acknowledge and agree that any Content will not infringe or violate the intellectual property or other rights of some other person or entity or break the law in any way. So in sort you post it, you own it, PlacesNZ Wildcard accepts no responsibility to media content of this site, it is owned by the respective users.

In addition by sharing any Content on the site you give Wildcard a non-exclusive, transferable and royalty free licence to use that Content on the Site or for any other Wildcard promotional or advertising purposes. This licence stays in place even if you decides to stop using the Site.

4. Termination

If you as the user break the Terms of use or Wildcard believes on reasonable grounds that your violating the principles behind our family safe guidelines, or the site in general, Wildcard may terminate or restrict your access to the Site immediately without notice, and without any repercussion to Wildcard. Once notified you must no longer attempt to access the site, or the information contained on or within the site.

The purpose of this Site is for information & your viewing & sharing enjoyment, do not rely on this site as a life saving tool. Access to, and the availability of, the Site, may be interrupted, restricted or delayed from time to time.
