Hangar is the HQ of Flight coffee who have a a speciality coffee farm transformation project called Helena in Columbia. Dixon Street is where the roasting is done with the Flight team importing beans from sources they know. Nick was NZ's 2013 Barista Champion. You can buy beans here.
