The Invercargill Public Art Gallery (formerly Anderson Park Art Gallery) hosts the collection and curation of Invercargill’s public art collection. The collection of Visual and applied art includes early European to contemporary work. Artworks connected to the local area and Southland are well-represented.
There is an intention as of November 2018 for the homeless Art Gallery and Museum to get together in a premises in the town centre.
