Thorndon Pool

Built in the 1920's, this 30.5 metre outdoor pool is popular with locals and city workers. Once heated with waste heat from the brewery across the road it now has its own more reliable heating system. It is open during the summer months.

There is a small spa pool and a barbecue which can be used with a party at the pool outside normal hours.
