Former Head Office - Lion Breweries

Architect Colin Gunter working for the now departed brewery was responsible for this unusual tower block in which the first five floors were a cool store containing large storage tanks. (1972) The apartment complex to the north of it was designed by Roger Walker as part of the New World super market development.
