Dunedin City Community Halls

Otago University Press became a full-time publisher in 1993 though it had then been in existence since 1958. It gives special emphasis to social history, natural history and the arts. Landfall is New Zealand's oldest extant literary journal. First published in 1947 by Caxton Press, under the editorship of Charles Brasch, it features new fiction and poetry, biographical and critical essays, cultural commentary, and reviews of books, art, film, drama and dance. It is published twice a year.
