Minnehaha walk

Minnehaha Walk - 20 minutes return Signposted off SH6 south of the township. A superb walk, at times alongside the Minnehaha Stream, through lush rainforest and ferns.

A lesser known feature of this little stroll is that if you go at dusk or thereabouts you may see glowworms (actually a sort of firefly)

Very convenient stroll near to the tourist accommodation for the less inclined and less able to make it onto the glacier itself. Suitable for wheelchairs and strollers.
