Kawarau River - Pillars of the Kings in the Chasm of the Anduin

You won't find the pillars themselves - they are computer-generated, but you can take a rafting or jet-boating excursion, or even plunge headfirst into it from a bungy cord for a close-up view of the Kawarau River. Kawarau Jet rides leave hourly from the Main Town Pier in the centre of Queenstown.
