Queen Charlotte Drive - Picton to Havelock

A winding, hilly road follows the coast of Queen Charlotte Sound and takes you across the hill to Mahau Sound and Havelock. There are many places to stop and enjoy the stunning views of water and bush-covered hills. Allow plenty of time for a walk down to the beach at Governors Bay Scenic Reserve and a swim there or at Ngakuta Bay or Momorangi.
