Pyramid Valley Wines

An odd triangular limestone gave this valley it's mysterious name. It was a singular rock but there are lots of grapes.
And there were lots of moa here too, in dim and distant and interesting days.
For the visitor to this arid and far flung valley, a lovely tasting room beckons, converted from the stables of Waikari Estate. Bookings are required. This is one of New Zealand's premier vineyards and their ethos is in the cosmos, taking biodynamics very seriously.
