Hurstmere Green

A people place in urban Takapuna resulted when Aaron Sills of Sills van Bohemen Architects won a design competition and re-created an existing park. Carved sculptural elements by Brett Graham that recall the myth around the creation of Lake Pupuke and Rangitoto Island are integrated into the fabric of the park. Hurstmere Green is the venue for the Takapuna night market.
