Barry Curtis Wetland Playground and Skate Park

An imaginative and impressive playground for children includes gigantic pukeko, metal flax stems that emit a range of sounds when turned, and simple but clever puddle pavers, that fill up with water on wet days for children to splash in. It is complemented by an ambitious skate park. It has New Zealand's first cradle, a combination bowl, and a modern skate plaza. The park is part of the Flat Bush new town.
