Alexandra Park - Urban Village

"A site on the edge of the Alexandra Park racecourse in Epsom, Auckland, is set to be transformed into an urban village by developer The Auckland Trotting Club, Canadian urban planner Joe Hruda, architects RTA Studio and Sydney-based firm Daryl Jackson Robin Dyke. A series of precincts will flow off High street, which will act as a central spine between Alexandra Park and Greenlane West. The development will include public parks, plazas, retail space, apartment buildings and townhouses. Included in the development is East Gate, an eight-storey apartment building made up of one-, two- and three-bedroom units encompassing various plan types."
