Penthouse Cinema and Café

A cinema complex with an Art Deco facade. Built in 1939 and known as the Vogue It now has four screens showing movies for grownups and includes a popular café. The Penthouse is one of the venues for wellington screenings of the New Zealand International Film festival normally held in July. There is also a café across Ohiro Road (The Corner Store).
