The home of Rugby in Whangarei has become the multi-function Northland Events Centre, including Semenoff Stadium. The venue can host 30,000 for sports matches, or a few more at a push.
A 15-minute (1.5-kilometres), clearly signposted walk will get you there from the central city. Alternatively take the Route 1 bus from the Rose Street terminus in central Whangarei.
Most other sports take place over at historic Kensington Park.
