Waitaki Boys’ High School Oamaru

This boys’ school has one of the finest group of school buildings in the country. The first part of the main building dates from 1883; it was handsomely extended in 1905 and 1912. Behind the main building, the 1927 Hall of Memories has many items in it which illuminate the history of the school and of the district. A Neo-Tudor building, it in the tradition of English public school architecture.
