Kaiapoi River Queen

Paddleboat experience on the Kaiapoi River.
This flat bottomed vessel was brought here by road (!) in 2019, from Blenhiem where she plied the Opawa/Taylor waterways as a tourist boat. Now she is in service here, replacing the ill-fated MV Tuhoe, which was smashed up on a Canterbury beach returning from a refurbishment.
