Timaru Botanic Gardens

A feature of the gardens is that you can drive through. Roses are important to Timaru. While the major rose garden is the Trevor Griffiths Garden at Caroline Bay the species Rose Garden, the Anderson Rose Garden and other collections of roses are within the Botanic Gardens. Timaru has an annual rose festival.
