Hot Water Brewing company

The craft brewing craze has spread to tiny Whenuakite! And it's a good thing. This stretch of State Highway 25 has the turnoff to popular Hot Water Beach, right here at Whenuakite. So now there is an opportunity for a cold beer, on the way to or from the hot water.

This little outlet couldn't be more local, the long-time farmers here on this corner have converted some of their land to a holiday camp, and then the barn into the brewery and restaurant. They are still farming kiwifruit, avocados and dairy. The beer must also have some merit, as it is being stocked in various North Island outlets.
