Waihi Falls Scenic Reserve

A picnic spot coupled with a view of 25-metre falls which are more spectacular when the Waihi River is in flood. There are several vantage points on the ten-minute walking track leading to the foot of the falls.

There is a 45km drive from Danniverke with the last four kilometres of the road unsealed.
Self-contained motor caravanners can park for one night in the reserve parking area. There is a toilet nearby, tucked in the bush.
