Bibleworld Museum and Discovery Centre

There's free entry to this downtown museum which is all about The Bible. The passionate local couple who began it have educated themselves all the way to Masters Level in theology so the instruction and information is expert.

They also have travelled through parts of the world that Bible stories originate and even participated in relevant archaeology. Exhibitions of scaled models are all handmade and with minute detail. As well as the models there are real artefacts and even a scrap of 'the first known copy of The Bible.' Recent improvements to this museum include a move to the downtown location, disabled access, and new exhibits based upon children's bible stories.

Even their website is very thorough, providing access to Quizzes, Bible Study Resources and a unique "Window into the Bible" portal.
