Queenstown's new commercial and retail hub, brand new and already overpopulated, but a welcome relief for the locals who struggled without big town facilities while trying to serve the growing tourist trade.

Despite traffic problems, still reasonably easy to access from the airport or downtown. And like everything else in Queenstown, comes with an amazing natural mountain backdrop.
