Hospital Flat

Hospital Flat is a DOC administered Conservation area to the south of the Mount Aspiring Road near Glendhu Bay. It has a reputation as Rock Climbing and Bouldering destination, with several routes available to climbers of all abilities.

Nearby are the Motatapu River picnic area, and the Diamond Lake Track, amongst other tracks and mountaineering opportunities.
