Balquhidder House

A large heritage listed home in the Colonial precinct. So large in fact that even though one wing was earlier done away, and the timber recycled to build two more houses, one former owners described it has having 'too many rooms.'

Also a tennis court and a swimming pool. Another survivor of the the Napier Earthquake, Balquhidder House was listed in 1983 for it's historic value.
