17 Clyde Road, Bluff Hill, Bluff Hill, Napier City
Right by Napier Girl's High School are two of Napier's oldest residences. A colonial classic, 18 Clyde Road, Ben Lomond, is the original Homestead of Bluff Hill and a complementary farmhouse house across the road at number 17 also dates from the 1850s.
Ben Lomond is Heritage Listed.
