Bexley Wetland offers expansive views and abundant bird life, incorporating salt marsh, salt meadow, coastal bush and freshwater wetland areas. You can get here by the no 5 – (Southshore) or 51 – (Aranui) buses. An estuary walk passing naughty boys island is on the other eastern side of the Avon river.
