The mighty Jason Books dwells in the basement of the Law Society building on the newly pedestrianised O’Connell St. High quality second hand books are found here, including many first edition hardback New Zealand titles. Deep and wide sections on art, philosophy, architecture, poetry, biography, a great deal of curios and wonderful oddball stuff. Expect no textbooks, computer books or anything on sport.
