Round the Bays Wellington Scenic Route

Explore the variety of Wellington's waterfront from urban sophistication in Oriental Bay to the south coast, where the life-style is dominated by the elements, by following this route (35 km) along the coast to Ohiro Bay. Take a bike, car or bus. Among other things, look out for the three follies pictured : a balcony in the form of a boat and places to stay in the form of a lighthouse and a keep.
