Old BNZ Building

"TheBank of New Zealand in Dunedin, begun in 1879, is W B Armson's grandest and finest work. His contemporaries regarded it as 'one of the most perfect of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere', unrivalled 'for purity and richness of design'"

Another imposing bank building stood here from 1862 until this one too it's place.
