Woodside Station

Woodside Station provides a park and ride facility for commuters from nearby Greytown.

Woodside is also connected to Greytown by a popular five kilometer walking and cycling trail referred to as the Greytown Trail.

Following an old rail route the flat, fully fenced trail runs from south Greytown to Woodside Station (on the Wellington to Wairarapa rail line) at the foot of the scenic Tararua mountains, forming a 10km round trip through pastures, avenues of heritage oak trees, native plantings and tranquil picnic spots.
