State Cinema Nelson

The Nelson Cinema Complexhas a fine Art Deco façade. In 2012 the cinema was refurbished and 'state of the art' projection technology installed.

Over the years the cinema has been progressively earthquake strengthened receiving a grant towards this in 2018 from heritage funds.
