Sain Crescent Reserve

This reserve is 1.3952 hectares in size. It is located off Sain Crescent, in the north western area of Morrinsville.  The reserve is bounded to the south and east by residential properties, and the north and west by rural (rural-residential zone) land. The Operative District Plan identifies the site as a Reserve in the Residential Zone. The reserve was vested in the Borough of Morrinsville in 1953 for recreation purposes, although the site has remained as open grassed paddocks leased for grazing.
