Works by contemporary New Zealand artists. Monterey has an extensive on-line gallery featuring some 90 painters, ceramic and glass artists and sculptors. A feature of the gallery is the large plaster ceiling dome, over which is painted a baroque-style fresco by artist, Alvin Pankhurst.
