North City Tenpin is a family owned and operated Tenpin Bowling and Entertainment Business. Chris and Ally have over 20 years experience in Tenpin Bowling.

North City Tenpin has 20 lanes of Tenpin along with Bar and Cafe, 18 gaming machines. We also have a full pro shop and associated facilities with Harry Foster – one of the best Pro Shop Operators in New Zealand.

We specialize in Birthday parties, Group Functions and personalizing our service to ensure everyone has a great time.

North City Tenpin boasts the best Party Bowling in Wellington (if not New Zealand), with everything GLOWING, combined with the best selection of music videos (of all genre’s)  and party lighting along with specialized lighting effects on Friday and Saturday nights. We party every weekend!

For the more serious bowler, North City Tenpin also has a wide range of leagues and tournaments, from social and novice leagues through to hosting National Championships for all levels.
