Te Atatu Peninsula Park Fitness Trail has 4 stations, each consisting of 2 exercises. There are 4 entry points to the park, creating variety for different starting points.
There is a sealed path connecting each station which are approximately 200mtrs between, definitely enough to get a good sweat up.
The equipment is solid and well built to handle all individuals - regardless of height and weight. Having the sealed track means that winter training can carry on even when the sportsfields are closed.
