Mangaokewa Reserve

The Mangaokewa Reserve is located approximately a 5 minute drive south of Te Kuiti township adjacent to State Highway 30. This Reserve offers picnic areas, an attractive bush walk to the Cascade Waterfalls. There?is also a?play area located in the reserve, swimming and other recreational opportunities. Public toilets are available within the picnic area. In the Mangaokewa Reserve, there is a tramping track that forms part of the Te Araroa?Trail. This track follows the Mangaokewa River throughout and although it does not have destination signage?in place, there are orange markers to help guide you.
